As i already wrote on my previous journal , that i got chargeback issue with paypal,but thankfully with some process i finally be able to get my money back ,
i don't know what
intention trying to get his money back after receiving the finished artwork commision from me,i hope he is not into some kind of trouble coz he is not responding to any of my email.
anyway, if one of you are in the same position with me having the chargeback issue from buyer which in the claim that he said the item he received doesn't match what he want .( which is completely false)
, just let paypal know what really happened ,
what i did is iam sending all the conversation log i ever have with the buyer to paypal (i did screen capture of my email conversations), let paypal know that you did nothing wrong on the agreement. i did this by using the "contact us" section on paypal page, cause on paypal resolution center there are no option for us that represent our defense (selling digital artwork via email,cloud).
with some reviewing process finally paypal decide to close the claim and i got my money back, in their statement written " We are denying your buyer’s claim because the item you sold was virtual,digital, or intangible, which is not covered under PayPal PurchaseProtection. We only cover claims involving physical items that can be shipped and tracked"
case closed.. thankfully
BUT! at this point i suddenly received case appeal (yes they can submit case appeal), buyer said the item he received doesn't match his original description. wth?
again i contacted paypal via email and reconfirm that i already shown any necesarry proof that i did nothing wrong
in Paypal second statement said "PayPal Purchase Protection does not cover claims disputing an item’s attributes or quality. As a result, they cannot take any action in this matter."
so yeah thankfully finally Paypal decide that the case is in my favor.everthing goes normal again.
